Witness the trials and ordeals India went through in the colonial era here at Cellular Jail. The political prisoners were arrested and kept in inhuman conditions for several years. For tourist purposes, this place in Port Blair is also known as Kalapani and the main reason why tourists visit this place is the sound and light show that is held near the Peepal Tree. If you love to know about the history, the freedom struggle, and our revolutionaries, then you must visit this place. Cellular Jail in Port Blair is open on all days except Monday from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 1.30 pm to 4.45 pm. The charges to enter this place is INR 30 per person.

Wandoor Beach is considered as one of the best beaches in Port Blair. This place is highly visited by travelers due to the presence of Mahatma Gandhi Park that displays the rich marine life and also protects it. Try out the most exciting activity here - the glass bottom boat. This beautiful boat will allow you to see the entire marine life right under your seat! Snorkeling, Boat riding, Coral Viewing, are some other water-based activities. You can here only on Sundays from 7 am to 5 pm and the charges are as follows: 1: Normal Ticket - INR 50, 2: Camera Charges - INR 25, 3: Boat Rides - Separate
