This is a scenic place spread over an area of 13 km and is situated on the banks of snow-fed Neugal Khad in Kwat village. It is a perfect day excursion from Palampur (4 km) and a great getaway spot. You will also get to see the stunning Dhauladhar Range from the park and also houses several plants, birds, and trees.

Chamunda Devi Temple is located on the banks of Baner River and is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari. This temple also has a pond inside its premises.
