The ancestral residence of the Indian poet Rabindra Nath Tagore is known as Jorasanko Thakur Bari. This bari now exhibits several paintings, manuscripts, books, and other antique items related to Tagore. Jorasanko Thakur Bari remains open from 10:30 am to 04:30 pm on all days except Mondays. Visitors will be charged an entry fee of Rs. 10 for adults, Rs. 5 for children and students, and Rs. 50 for foreigners.
