Dainkund Peak is also known as the Singing Hill, is the highest point of Dalhousie. Covered by deodar trees and green valleys, this evergreen place is so serene and calming. Small mud and stone houses surrounded by greenery creates a mesmerizing view. Here you can enjoy trekking and camping for a more memorable trip. Dainkund peak can be visited at any time of the year.

Filled with green vegetation and widest variety of wildlife, Kalatop Wildlife Reserve is located in the Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh. Animals and birds reside here are Himalayan Black marten, wild cats, leopards, black bear, deer, grey-headed canary, blackbird, Himalayan monal, and Eurasian jay. The reserve remains open from 07:00 am to 06:00 pm. You can also enjoy a short trekking here.

Located at a duration of 01 hours from Dalhousie, Ganji Pahari is a picturesque location. Justifying its name, Ganji Pahari is totally bald, and no vegetation grows on top of it. This spot offers a panoramic view of the entire town, and is a perfect picnic spot. The beauty of this place is at its peak during winters when the entire area is covered with snow. Summer and winter both are ideal times to visit Ganji Pahari.

Created by diverting the flow of hill streams, the Rock Gardens is one of the most popular picnic spots of Dalhousie. A natural environment created by lush green mountains, fresh and clear air, and pristine natural stream, this place is perfect for rejuvenation. The visiting hours of the Rock Gardens are from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm.

Mall Road is one of the most notable and happening places of Dalhousie. Here you will find several eateries, book stores, and shops selling all kind of stuff. Here you can buy some good handmade items, souvenirs, and woolen clothes. The place remains open on all days but shops basically operate from 10:00 am to 09:00 pm.
