  1. Winters - October to March

Winters are pleasantly cool in Ujjain and will give you great pleasure while exploring the city. It is the best time to pay a visit to Ujjain. The temperature falls down to 3-degree Celsius. So the tourists are suggested to carry warm clothes and shoes.



  1. Summers - April to June

Summers can be extremely hot and humid in Ujjain. The temperature in summers remains between 31-degree Celsius to 45-degree Celsius. Sunscreen and an umbrella can come in handy at this time of the year. This is really not a great time to plan a trip to Ujjain. 



  1. Monsoon - July to September

Ujjain receives moderate rainfall in monsoon months. The temperature can range between 24 to 32-degree Celsius. Similar to summers, monsoons are also not a good time to pay a visit to Ujjain. If you still wish to visit, taking a dip in the sacred Shipra River is refreshing.
